Bian Stone Material Care

Resoveya uses black and red bian stone surfaces across selected manual and powered tools. Slight variations in colour, pattern, texture and finish may occur depending on the product-specific material and manufacturing process. These visual differences do not represent different medical grades or effects.

Black bian stone has a deep, minimal appearance and a smooth contact surface. Resoveya uses it in selected tools designed for controlled pressure, combing and glide.

Red bian stone has a warmer visual tone and a smooth contact surface. Resoveya uses it in selected tools designed for gentle pressure, glide and warm-touch rituals.
Red Bian Stone
After each use, wipe the stone surface with a clean, soft damp cloth. Use mild soap only if the product-specific instructions allow it, then dry the tool completely before storing.
Do not soak, boil, bleach or place a standalone stone tool in a dishwasher. Do not microwave or otherwise heat a stone tool unless its product instructions specifically confirm that it is designed for heating.
Routine Cleaning
For tools shared between users, follow the product-specific cleaning instructions. Use an appropriate surface wipe only if the instructions confirm that the material and finish are compatible, then allow the tool to dry fully before the next use.
Shared-Tool Surface Care
Dry the tool completely before storing it. Store it in a protective pouch or case. Avoid dropping or striking the stone surface. Do not use a chipped, cracked or broken tool. Keep powered components and charging ports dry. Keep powered tools away from excessive heat and direct sunlight.

  • Stop use if you experience pain, numbness, prolonged redness, bruising or other discomfort.

After use, wipe the surface with a clean, soft damp cloth. Use mild soap only if the product instructions allow it, then dry the tool completely before storing. Keep it in a protective pouch or case, and do not use it if the stone becomes chipped or cracked.
