These Affiliate Program Terms govern participation in the Resoveya Affiliate Program. By applying, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. This page is an editable program policy draft and should be reviewed by the site owner before public launch.

ELIGIBILITY AND APPROVAL

Applicants must provide accurate contact, website, social channel, promotional method, and PayPal payment information. Applications are reviewed manually. Resoveya may approve, decline, suspend, or terminate participation at its discretion.

COMMISSION AND ATTRIBUTION

Approved affiliates earn a 10% commission on qualifying product revenue generated through their unique referral link. Referrals use a 30-day tracking cookie and last-affiliate attribution. Affiliates may not earn commission on their own purchases.

QUALIFYING ORDERS

Commission is calculated on eligible product totals after discounts. Shipping charges and taxes are excluded. Cancelled, fraudulent, unpaid, refunded, returned, or charged-back orders do not qualify.

COMMISSION STATUS AND REFUNDS

New commissions may remain pending while the related WooCommerce order is processed. Unpaid commissions are rejected when the originating purchase is refunded. A 30-day refund grace period applies before commission becomes eligible for payout.

PAYOUTS

Payouts are reviewed monthly and paid manually through PayPal in USD. The minimum payout balance is USD 50. Affiliates must maintain a valid PayPal payment email. Balances below the threshold carry forward to the next payment cycle.

PROMOTION STANDARDS

Affiliates must represent Resoveya accurately, clearly disclose the affiliate relationship, and follow applicable advertising, privacy, email, and platform rules. Misleading claims, spam, trademark bidding, cookie stuffing, unauthorized discounts, and deceptive traffic are prohibited.

SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

Resoveya may reject commissions, suspend an account, or end participation for fraud, policy violations, brand misuse, or conduct that may harm customers or the brand. Valid approved commissions earned before termination remain subject to these terms.

PRIVACY AND DATA

Affiliate information is used to administer applications, referral tracking, communications, and payments. Affiliates are responsible for protecting their login details and notifying Resoveya of unauthorized account activity.

PROGRAM CHANGES

Resoveya may update commission rates, attribution rules, payout requirements, or these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the affiliate account or registered email where reasonably possible.
